Rathi is a Lambton-based, accredited Mental Health Clinician and Psychotherapist, specialising in trauma-focused therapy, particularly EMDR.

 

She offers face-to-face and Telehealth consultations across the Newcastle, Hunter, Central and Mid-North Coast of NSW. She is a registered Medicare provider, as well as a registered SIRA (workers' compensation) and Victims of Crime practitioner. 

 

Individual Therapy

Rathi provides a safe and non-judgemental holistic service tailored to the needs of each client.  She provides a range of practical therapeutic, trauma-informed therapies, including EMDR, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), somatic-based interventions, loss and grief counselling, DBT, and narrative therapy.

She incorporates case management when necessary to assist clients with significant psychosocial stressors.

 

She has extensive experience working with marginalised sectors of the community, including CALD, gender-diverse, First Nations, NDIS clients.

Fee Structure

​

The standard one-hour consultation fee is $120. 

Clients can claim a Medicare rebate with a GP Mental Health Treatment plan, or can claim through NDIS, Victims of Crime, SIRA or EAP, if applicable.
